Due to this special nature — exclusive products + automatic contest entries — no returns, exchanges, or refunds are possible, regardless of the reason.

Defective or Damaged Products

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess the situation.
