DO NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THE RULES BELOW. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS COMPETITION, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE RULES, WHICH CONSTITUTE A CONTRACT, AND YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM.

ORGANIZER − The “RaccoonFest2026” contest is organized and administered by Racoon Distribution Canada.

CONTEST PERIOD − The contest begins at 00:01 Eastern Standard Time on January 10, 2026 and ends at 15:00 Eastern Standard Time on June 20, 2026. The clock used by the contest organizer is the official clock for determining the date and time of receipt of an entry.

ELIGIBILITY – The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who hold a valid driver's license and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of their entry. Excluded are employees of the Contest Organizer, its subsidiaries, advertising partners, internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, agents, and representatives, as well as members of their immediate family (legal or common-law spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) and/or those living in the same household. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. Receiving the Prize is conditional upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Rules.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE − No purchase necessary.

There are 2 (two) ways to enter the Competition for a chance to win the Prize (as described below):

ENTRY PER PURCHASE – During the contest period, eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for every Canadian dollar ($1.00) spent on eligible purchases of products and items from the contest organizer made:

Online at www.racoonfest.ca (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"); or at participating establishments of the Contest Organizer.


For purchases at participating establishments of the Competition Organizer, participants will make the purchase via the website or receive a coupon with their receipt including a unique PIN code corresponding to the number of Entries received (hereinafter referred to as the "Unique PIN Code") and must go to the Website to access the Competition registration page, fill in all the required fields of the registration form (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Form"), including their name, surname, date of birth, postal code, email address, telephone number with area code, unique PIN code and confirm that they have read, understood and accepted the Rules.

The number of entries per purchase you receive will be based on the sale price of your eligible purchase (excluding sales tax and shipping charges, if applicable) and will be rounded up to the nearest Canadian dollar ($1.00). If a purchase is returned before the drawing, the entries associated with that purchase will be voided. Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for every Canadian dollar ($1.00) spent on a gift card purchase, based on the value of the gift card purchased. For example, a fifty-dollar ($50.00) gift card purchase will generate fifty (50) entries. Purchases made with a gift card are not eligible to receive entries. However, a purchase exceeding the value of the gift card will be eligible to receive entries based on the remaining balance after the gift card has been applied to the purchased item (for example, an eligible purchase of one hundred dollars ($100.00) with a fifty-dollar ($50.00) gift card will generate fifty (50) entries – sales tax, shipping fees, etc., are not included in the entries). All purchases are subject to the contest organizer's return policy. Your purchase transaction must be received before the contest closing date and must include your consent to enter to be eligible to receive entries per purchase in this contest. There is no limit to the number of entries per purchase received or to the participant's consent. During the contest period, participants will also have the option to sign up to receive other email communications from the contest organizer. Participants are not required to sign up for this service to enter this contest, and signing up will not increase your chances of winning. By registering, a participant authorizes the contest organizer to send them communications regarding services, rewards, offers, promotions, or other messages related to the contest organizer's services and products. They can unsubscribe at any time. Online consent from the participant is required to enter by purchase.

ENTRY MULTIPLIER – Throughout the Contest period, the Contest Organizer may advertise opportunities to automatically multiply the number of Entries per purchase, for example (X2), (X5), (X10), (X20), and (X30) (each hereafter referred to as a “Multiplier”). When a Multiplier is offered, Entries will be multiplied by the applicable Multiplier. For example, a purchase of sixty dollars ($60.00) with a Multiplier of 10X will yield six hundred (600) Entries (60 x 10 = 600).


No-purchase entries (as defined below) are not subject to multipliers. However, when a multiplier is offered, no-purchase entries will receive two hundred (200) entries. Add the handwritten word "LIMITED" to the bottom left corner of the envelope and receive one hundred (100) additional entries.

The period and duration of a multiplier will be determined exclusively by the contest organizer and will be announced by the contest organizer on its website and/or social media pages.

BONUS ENTRIES – Throughout the contest period, the contest organizer may advertise opportunities to earn Bonus Entries for online or in-store purchases (hereinafter referred to as “Bonuses”). Example: Earn fifteen (15) Bonus Entries with a purchase of thirty dollars ($30.00) to forty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents ($49.99), twenty-five (25) Bonus Entries with a purchase of fifty dollars ($50.00) to ninety-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents ($99.99), and fifty (50) Bonus Entries for each purchase over one hundred dollars ($100.00). For example, a purchase of sixty dollars ($60.00) during this Bonus Period will earn eighty-five (85) Entries ($60 + 25 = 85).


To receive additional bonus entries without making a purchase, follow the instructions below for no-purchase entries. For a bonus entry, handwrite the word "BONUS" in the bottom right corner of the envelope. Your no-purchase entry must be postmarked by the bonus offer date and received within five (5) days of the bonus closing date. If a bonus ends on a Sunday or holiday, the no-purchase entry must be postmarked by the next business day and received within five (5) days of the bonus closing date.

The period and duration of a Bonus will be determined exclusively by the Contest Organizer and will be announced by the Contest Organizer on its Website and/or social media pages.

NO PURCHASE ENTRY – To receive sixty (60) entries without making any purchase or payment of any kind, on a 3 x 5 inch sheet of paper, handwrite your full first and last name, address, city, province, postal code, date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy), email address, and telephone number, including area code (each hereafter referred to as a “No Purchase Entry”). Mail your Entry in a #10 business-size envelope, stamped first class, to: 13 2nd Range East, Saint-Antonin, QC, Canada G0L2J0. Your mailing envelope must include a valid return address, including a full first and last name. No Purchase Entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be considered incomplete and invalid. Limit one entry per mailing envelope. Bulk submissions (multiple entries in a single package) will not be accepted. The no-purchase entry, including the mailing envelope, must be handwritten. Mechanically reproduced or mechanically stamped entries will not be accepted. Entries postmarked by the contest closing date and received by June 20, 2026, will be eligible. Each no-purchase entry will count as sixty (60) entries, provided it meets the above requirements.


Participations with purchase and participations without purchase are hereinafter referred to as a "participation" and collectively, the "participations".

No-purchase entries that do not conform to the format specified above, are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or reproduced by photocopying or otherwise will be considered void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. The contest organizer accepts no responsibility for loss, delay, illegibility, alteration, misdirection, insufficient postage, or non-receipt by the deadline. All submitted materials become the property of the contest organizer and will not be returned. No acknowledgments of receipt will be issued; requests for confirmation of receipt of no-purchase entries will not be considered.

PRICE − One (1) single Price corresponding to:

A used 1984 Volkswagen Rabbit Convertible, with automatic transmission, valued at approximately ten thousand dollars ($10,000), taxes included;
as well as the following off-road parts and accessories: four-wheel adjustable suspension, 15" BBS rims, new tires, engine service performed (timing belt, water pump, all filters and ignition system), with an approximate value of five thousand dollars ($5,000), taxes included.

All of this for a total approximate value of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Prize”).

The prize includes only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. The winner will be solely responsible for all federal, provincial, and local taxes, as well as all costs and expenses related to accepting the prize not specified herein, as incurred by the contest organizer, including, but not limited to, registration, insurance, title, and licensing fees; costs incurred by the winner for accepting, collecting, delivering, or using the prize; fuel and vehicle maintenance; and all other costs related to accepting and using the prize, including, but not limited to, changes in transportation, incidental charges, fees or duties, service charges, or travel expenses necessary to retrieve the prize. The winner must agree to pick up the prize at a location specified by the contest organizer in Saint-Antonin, Quebec, within thirty (30) days of notification of availability from the contest organizer. Failure to take delivery within thirty (30) days of availability may result in forfeiture of the prize and its award to another winner. The winner will be responsible for all aspects of driving the vehicle. They must possess a valid driver's license authorizing them to drive the vehicle in their province of residence, as well as proof of legally required insurance before delivery. They may be required to provide proof of these documents before being confirmed as the winner.

In the event that the winner is unable to take delivery of the prize or is deemed ineligible for any reason, the winner will be disqualified and a replacement winner may be selected.

The Prize must be accepted as described in these Rules and cannot be substituted, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, subject to the following. In the event that it is impossible, difficult, and/or more costly for the Contest Organizer to award the Prize (or part of the Prize) as described in these Rules, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to award the Prize (or part of the Prize) of the same nature and equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the monetary value of the Prize (or part of the Prize) as indicated in these Rules.

All details and restrictions relating to prizes not specified in these rules will be determined by the contest organizer at their sole discretion.

PRIZE AWARDING AND DRAWING – A random draw will be held on June 20 at approximately 3:00 PM (EST) from among all eligible entries, with or without purchase, received. The draw will be conducted by a representative of the contest organizer. The odds of winning the prize depend solely on the number of eligible entries received.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE – The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone. They will be required to complete and return an Eligibility Statement, a Release of Liability, a Prize Acceptance Form, and an Advertising Form, along with multiple copies of their valid driver's license. In addition, the potential winner must correctly answer a mandatory mathematical skill-testing question, administered by email or telephone, before receiving the prize (without any assistance, mechanical or otherwise) (collectively, the "Request Forms"). All completed Request Forms must be returned within five (5) days of the attempted notification.

Failure to return the required declaration forms or respond to a notification within the specified time, or the return of a prize or prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification without prior notice, and an alternate winner will be selected. If a potential winner is disqualified for being ineligible, violating the rules, or unable to claim the prize as specified, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. Awarding the prize is conditional upon verification of eligibility and completion by the potential winner of all required declaration forms.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer – Non-Delivery of Prize – The Contest Organizer accepts no liability for any delay or cancellation of delivery of the Prize due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond its control. If the manufacturer and/or retailer cancels the order for reasons beyond their control and the Prize cannot be delivered, no additional compensation will be paid. If a replacement Prize is offered, the difference in value between the replacement Prize and the advertised Prize will not be paid in cash. The winner assumes all risk of loss, damage, or theft of their Prize after taking possession of it, and the Contest Organizer will not replace it. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Only the number of Prizes stated in these Rules may be won. If, due to a printing, technical, or other error, more Prizes than stated in these Rules are claimed, the winners will be selected from among all entrants using the selection method described above. eligible applicants making allegedly valid applications to be awarded the stated number of available prizes.

Without limiting the foregoing, except for any warranty provided by the manufacturer and/or retailer, everything related to this Contest, including but not limited to the Prize and the Website, is provided "as is," without any warranty from the Contest Organizer, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or against hidden defects. The winner acknowledges that the Contest Organizer has made no warranties, representations, or assurances, express or implied, of fact or of law, regarding any element of the Prize offered in this Contest, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose, and that the awarded vehicle may not meet the safety or emissions requirements of certain provinces and/or municipalities. The winner is responsible for verifying the applicable emissions and safety inspection requirements of their province and/or municipality before accepting the Prize and must use the Prize in accordance with these rules.

Limitation of Liability and Release - Participation in the Contest and/or the Prize - Participants/winners agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Contest Organizer and the Contest Entities, as well as their subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, advertising and promotional partners, respective Internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors and agents, successors and assigns from any claim or cause of action or liability for any type of loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Participation in the Contest, or from the acceptance/receipt/travel to and/or from the Prize collection location, the use, misuse, acceptance, receipt or possession of the Prize, the use of any photo, video and/or entry related to the Contest, or any claim based on rights of publicity, defamation or invasion of privacy. The Contest Organizer and the Contest Entities shall not be held liable if the Contest cannot be administered or conducted as planned and/or if any Prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays or interruptions resulting from acts of God, war or terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, supply shortages, natural disasters, weather conditions, pandemics, epidemics, compliance with any law or order of a governmental authority, or any other act, event or similar occurrence reasonably beyond the control of the Contest Organizer. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree that the Contest Organizer and the Contest Entities are not liable for any type of injury, damage, or loss, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages to persons or property, arising out of access to and use of any website associated with the Contest, or from downloading or printing any material downloaded from such website. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the information or other statements contained in any promotional material and these Rules, the Rules will prevail and apply. The Contest Organizer and the Contest Entities are not responsible for errors or omissions in the printing of Contest-related materials or advertising, in the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of the prize.

Publicity Authorization – Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's authorization and agreement (this agreement will be confirmed in writing upon request) for the right and permission for the contest organizer and contest entities to print, publish, distribute and use, worldwide and at any time or period, the winner's name and/or image, participation, photograph, voice, likeness, opinions and biographical information (including, but not limited to, hometown and province), prize information, statements attributable to the winner and any other information about the winner for publicity, commercial and promotional purposes (including, but not limited to, announcing their name on television or radio), for publicity and commercial purposes without further consideration, compensation, permission or notification, publication in a winners list or list for use by the contest organizer and contest entities to retarget entrants.

By accepting the Prize, the winner understands and agrees that they may be filmed, recorded, and/or photographed during the Prize-giving ceremony. The rights to any video, audio, and/or photograph of the Prize-giving ceremony belong exclusively to the Contest Organizer and may be used in any medium, worldwide, indefinitely, and in any manner whatsoever, at the sole discretion of the Contest Organizer, without review, notification, approval, consideration, or additional compensation to the winner or any third party.

Notice – Website Damages – The contest organizer and contest entities are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable, or mistranscribed telephone, electronic, or internet transmissions; erroneous announcements of any kind; technical hardware or software failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, any damage to a person's computer related to or resulting from their participation or use of any contest-related materials; loss of or unavailability of network connections; or incorrect, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit a user's ability to participate in the contest. The contest organizer and contest entities assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive filtering by the user's internet service provider and/or email provider, or for insufficient email space in the user's account to receive emails.

Notice – Social Media – When the Rules authorize the use of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, or any other social network to participate, participants are informed that these social media platforms, as well as their managers and agents, disclaim all liability whatsoever regarding the conduct of the Contest. However, in the event of participation via social media, all rules governing their use apply.

Forms − All registration, participation and declaration forms received become the property of the competition organizer and will under no circumstances be returned to the sender and/or the participant.

Cancellation/Modification − The contest organizer reserves the right to cancel or suspend the contest at its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, if a virus, bug or any other factor beyond its control compromises the security or proper administration of the contest.

The contest organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate these rules at any time, without incurring any liability to participants. Any changes to the rules will be published on the website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the contest organizer reserves the right to adjust, without prior notice, the dates and/or deadlines mentioned in these rules, if necessary, due to technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstance which, in the organizer's sole discretion, affects the proper administration of the contest as outlined in these rules, or for any other reason. The organizer's failure to comply with any provision of these rules due to a factor beyond its control will not be considered a breach of these rules.

Participant Identity – In the event of a dispute regarding the participant's identity, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the person whose name appears on the online order, the registration form, or the no-purchase entry. Any damage caused to the website by a participant will be the responsibility of the participant and/or the authorized account holder of the email address provided during entry. Proof of submission of entries will not be considered proof of receipt by the contest organizer. The selected winner will be required to provide proof of identity, such as a driver's license and/or other photo identification.

Fraud – Any entry suspected of fraud (including, but not limited to, those using robotic, automated, programmed, or similar entry methods) will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the contest organizer. The contest organizer reserves the right to disqualify any individual in the event of suspected fraud or manipulation, or if the individual fails to comply with any of the participation requirements set forth herein or any provision of these rules.

The Contest Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant from entering the Contest or winning the Prize if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has attempted to interfere with the Contest through cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices (including the use of automated entry programs) or has attempted to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass other participants or the Contest Organizer. The Contest Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Rules or refuses to participate in any investigation concerning a violation. Any attempt by a participant or any other person to deliberately damage a website or interfere with the Contest, including any fraudulent claims, may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. In such a case, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to take legal action and claim damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any participant involved in any of the aforementioned activities may be declared ineligible, and the prize won may be withdrawn. The Contest Organizer reserves the unconditional right, at its sole discretion, to reject any entry if it suspects that the entry was generated using a script, macro, robotic reproduction, programming, or other automated process, or if it violates these rules.

Authorization – Personal Information – The contest organizer, contest entities, and their agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when entering the contest for the purposes of administering the contest and awarding the prize. By participating in this contest, the participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information. Information collected from participants, including but not limited to the participant themselves, is subject to the contest organizer's privacy policy, available on the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy").

Applicable Laws – This contest is subject to all federal and provincial laws of the Province of Quebec. Any legal action must be brought before the competent courts of the district of Quebec, to the exclusion of any other district. Any question concerning the drafting, validity, interpretation, and applicability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of participants, the contest organizer, or contest entities with respect to the contest, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, without regard to conflict of laws rules or choice of law that would result in the application of the laws of a province other than the Province of Quebec.

Prize Forfeiture – If a selected entrant is deemed ineligible, does not accept the prize, answers the mathematical skill-testing question incorrectly, does not accept or complete and return the declaration form, or if the prize is returned because the recipient cannot be located, the selected entrant will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. The contest organizer may then, at its sole discretion, draw another winner.

Severability of paragraphs − If any clause or paragraph of the Regulations is declared or deemed illegal, unenforceable or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that clause or paragraph, as the case may be, shall be deemed void, but all other clauses and paragraphs which are not affected shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.

Winner Name and Rules – The winner's name will be published on the contest organizer's website and/or social media channels around June 22, 2026, or after the winner has been verified. The rules will be published on the website for the duration of the contest.
